Disclaimer: Vendors purchasing a 10×10 space MUST bring a standard STRAIGHT-LEG 10×10 canopy.
*No alternative canopy sizes or structures are permitted within 10×10 spaces (e.g., Umbrellas, No Canopy, Non-straight leg, 8×8 canopy, Hexagon canopy, etc.)
*Canopies, items, and persons must fit within the allotted 10×10 space; tents or items cannot encroach beyond this space. (Vendors  or items CANNOT sit or stand outside their assigned footprint) 
Vendors must bring all necessary items for their own area, including but not limited to: Canopy, Tables, Chairs, Racks, Merchandise, Payment method(s), Bags, Lights, Wifi, etc. Pocket Change or its team will not provide any items for setup except the allotted space.


VENDOR SETUP / ARRIVAL: Check-in, unload, and setup begin3-4 hours before the event start time.
* Vendors are expected to arrive and complete setup within the designated window given in the event day email.
* A 30-minute grace period is provided for late arrival. Vendors arriving after the grace period forfeit their space without a refund.
* Event times, setup windows, and load-in instructions are subject to change due to weather, city regulations, venue requirements, safety concerns, or other operational needs. Vendors will be notified of any changes via email. Vendors’ failure to review updates does not exempt vendors from compliance.
NO REFUNDS Applicant acknowledges and agrees that all payments are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to inability to attend, scheduling conflicts, transportation issues, personal emergencies, illness, weather conditions, or dissatisfaction with event performance.‎ ‎ ‎ ‎
